Search diligently for all homes that meet your needs

Provide undivided loyalty – put your needs above all others

Evaluate a home’s features, lot, and resale value - positive or negative - and assist in making an objective comparison with similar properties

Provide information regarding lending institutions, inspectors, etc.

Research information regarding property and area:  days on the market, reason for selling, will seller accept lower price, etc.

Price counseling comparing similar properties which have sold recently and properties which are currently on the market

Suggest protective clauses and stipulations to be included in the contract

Present contract to Seller or Seller’s Agents

 

Negotiate for best price and terms

 

Perform ministerial acts to complete contract and sale

 

Provide information on available and recommended inspections

 

Coordinate and maintain contact with lenders, inspectors and sellers throughout term of contract

 

Accompany you and assist with inspections and walk-thrus

 

Attend the closing, audit closing statement, reconcile good faith estimate with figures on closing statement

 

Follow-up after closing to assure all terms of contract have been honored

 

Act honestly and in good faith

 
 

Maintain confidentiality

 
 

Over time, provide reminders relating to:
